Evans was great. They were all very nice. The repair was done quickly and the cost was much lower than the estimate I got from the dealer. Will definitely take my car there again.

Took my car for a diagnostic check for AC. Told the guy there I do not like to work on AC since it is technique sensitive. That should have gave him the hint that I work on cars. Even discussed possibility of failing thermal switch on compressor. To fix the AC they wanted to charge $2K. They gave me service options for stuff I just completed myself - spark plug replacement, rear differential fluid change, fuel induction service. Any decent mechanic would have known there was recently major service done on my vehicle. Yet, these mechanic(s) did not care to have an eye for detail. All they want is rip customer off with unnecessary service quotes or recommendations. This is nothing but highway robbery at this place who over diagnose and over service cars. Took it a different place to get it fixed. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

I just wanted to reach out to Evan and his team for the excellent service they have provided. Evan and his team helped get me out of a bit of a mess before Christmas and gave me a car to drive until I could make other arrangements, thank you so very much. The service is always great and the staff is always there to help and support me no matter what the task. Thank you Evan and all of the staff members who are always kind and helpful, thank you

Had to have the car towed there overnight. They got to work on it the next day. Was impressed with that. Great communication and concern for doing the right thing for the car. Very good at diagnosing issues. The services required for an older vehicle exceeded the value so chose not to have them perform the services required. They were nice about it.
